Actually, that really is not the best way to get help from Macromedia. Several Macromedia employees monitor this and other ColdFusion lists, but they only do so because they are also community members and developers themselves. In other words, there is no affiliation between this list and Macromedia and in no way is this list an official (or even an unofficial) Macromedia support mechanism.
