What version of CF are you running? I think there are issues in CFMX, but I was able to get it to work with MX after having issues in 4.5. You just need to remove the period, page.cfm?Requesttimeout=500
You could this as well: http://blog.daemon.com.au/archives/000076.html -----Original Message----- From: Ewok [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Thursday, February 06, 2003 1:17 PM To: CF-Talk Subject: Upload timing out Seems like i remember seeing something about this not too long ago but I can't find anything in the archives.... I have a section in my admin tools where the user can upload registration forms for events that they are holding. The forms are always pdf documents. I don't have any problems but I believe the client is timing out while uploading the files since they are on 56k. wasn't there something like page.cfm?Request.timeout= or maybe some other way to ovverride the time out so they can have emough time to upload the files? TIA they are not only on dialup....but a dial network with about 10 people on it... heh ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/index.cfm?forumid=4 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/index.cfm?method=subscribe&forumid=4 FAQ: http://www.thenetprofits.co.uk/coldfusion/faq This list and all House of Fusion resources hosted by CFHosting.com.
