Personally I'd like to see how/if the default directory for CFC storage can be changed (after install). For example I don't want to stuff all my CFCs used for remoting in the CFusionMX/wwwroot folder (or sub-dirs off that folder). It would be much nicer to have the files stored with the rest of the app files (i.e. all app files in one dir).
