If you don't find what you are looking for, you might consider this
workaround:
Write a little CF program that displays a page with:
a directory tree to select the path
a text field for file name
a text area field for the code
a save button
a delete button
I used this approach when I first started out with CF, doing remote
development,
Simply copy/paste from your editor into the text area and hit the save
button -- the program uses CFFile to save the new code.
You will be surprised hay easy & fast it goes (faster than FTP
