I haven't yet successfully called the globalweather service... which is 
annoying the cr*p out of me as I hate to be beaten by software! I shall 
keep plugging away. In the process I downloaded the C# ASP.Net proxy 
that someone created... ugh! What a monstrosity! It's not his fault, 
it's just how much code C# makes you write... Good grief!!
