Depends on your OS.

For Windows 2000, go to Start | Programs | Administrative Tools | Services
(points to %SystemRoot%\system32\services.msc /s)

The service you're looking for is ColdFusion Application Server (CF5.0)

You need to change the user that the service runs as.
