The key is by using the CFFLUSH tag. CFFLUSH takes whatever is in the buffer and flushes it to the browsers.
Look up CFFLUSH in the documentation and you'll see what I mean. The only problem when using CFFLUSH is the fact that you can't use CFLOCATION after it... Kind of a headache to write the redirects in Javascript.
