I doubt that it'll affect either, though, and by this logic it's worthwhile discussing the pros and cons of every Linux distribution on this list, or debating the merits of KDE versus Gnome here. Lindows certainly won't affect CF servers, since it's not designed for use as a server OS, and it's really unlikely that any noticeable percentage of desktop users will use it either.
