There's nothing you have to do in IIS (or can do, for that matter) to
configure a subdomain. That's a matter for DNS. Once you've created the
appropriate DNS entries, you can just create virtual servers in IIS that
handle specific subdomain host entries, either by using IP addresses or
host-header names.
