Well, since Flash is a client-side device, I don't think there's anything you can do on the server-side to improve performance. The movie took about 15 seconds or so to preload on my end, which isn't egregious. What are the specs of the user's machine? Client-side processing power (and I imagine RAM, but not sure) is where you're going to see performance improve or degrade. Also, what's supposed to happen at that link? I skip the intro (as usual), and an arrow rolls over different areas of the map, and then nothing happens. Should I be taken somewhere or be able to click somewhere? I can't. If I should be able to do something, then something's wrong in your ActionScript, not CF or IIS. May want to dig in there and take a look around.
