Well, since Flash is a client-side device, I don't think there's anything 
you can do on the server-side to improve performance. The movie took about 
15 seconds or so to preload on my end, which isn't egregious. What are the 
specs of the user's machine? Client-side processing power (and I imagine 
RAM, but not sure) is where you're going to see performance improve or 
degrade.

Also, what's supposed to happen at that link? I skip the intro (as usual), 
and an arrow rolls over different areas of the map, and then nothing 
happens. Should I be taken somewhere or be able to click somewhere? I can't. 
If I should be able to do something, then something's wrong in your 
ActionScript, not CF or IIS. May want to dig in there and take a look 
around.
