Since the cost is pretty high in time and money to get them and then another
small fortune to set up the routers to recognize them, no one really does
this. Moreover, the point giving IP addresses doesn't' help anyone because
of the infrastructure needed to route the traffic. So go to your ISP to get
a block of addresses or if you are big enough you can request a block
yourself from ARIN.net. I think you have to show justification for the
smallest block which is 32 Class C's which is just over 8,000 devices and
computers.
