It's got nothing to do with ColdFusion. Your web server can't find the file.

First, refresh the page to ensure you're not looking at cached data.

If it's still broken, right-click on the broken image box and select
"Properties"

The Address (URL) should begin http:// 

Ensure it's pointing to the right place.
