I think that I read in an earlier post that site-wide templates either can't
or shouldn't contain CFML.  Search the archives.  I use <CFTRY> to
anticipate where most errors and send emails for these.  My site-wide is a
generic "I'm sorry" message.  I guess you'd have to use the site logs to
track down which page was hit before the error occurred.
