Thanks Bill - problem solved but now it appears that when I'm running CF
locally its continually checking my floppy drive about every 60 to 120
seconds - I can't find any reference to the floppy drive in server admin???
The only thing I'm doing different on this project is accessing directories
and mdb files via RDS.

The option to save the pw could have become unchecked. Right click on
your RDS server, click Properties. Check the connection settings.
