Hmmm... I'm not a Mac guy, but the site you referenced didn't mention VCD =
Video CD.  I'm assuming because he wants to "play back" a VCD file, Dave
meant Video CD.

Dave, if you still need an answer, check out http://www.vcdhelp.com for VCD
help (go figure 8^>).  They list MacVCD (http://www.mireth.com/macvcd.html)
as a good player for the Mac.
