Are you intending to use client scope variables?
Try this..
1.Drop the client vars DB
2.Re-recreate the Client DB in CF-Admin. Name the
connection some like "DEV_CF_SERVER"
Try your application again with some like
<cfapplication name="D2"
clientManagement="YES"
clientStorage="DEV_CF_SERVER">
