Why would you want to duplicate effort?

NT Security should allow users to certain directories, etc.  I just
can't imagine that you'd need to control that from an internal
perspective via NT AND CF.

Translation:  Once users are set-up in NT, they should be assigned
permissions for viewing.  If you need to assign different roles, that's
a different question, I think, but you should be able to control
whomever has access to an "Administrative" section the same way in NT.
