Anytime you need to reference the BXHEIGHT you use: Attributes.bxheight
<table border="0" cellpadding="12" cellspacing="0"
width="#ATTRIBUTES.bxwidth#">
And the same for all other attributes that is being used in the
CFMODULE call.

I'm not sure where to define the attributes. Below is my code split up
into files (dialog_start.cfm, dialog_end.cfm) and test.cfm contains the
<CFMODULE stuff.
What am I doing wrong? The <CFMODULE attributes (bxtext, bxwidth) are
not being inserted.
