Have you tried different combos, like you going to the client site, and 
logging in as you - or you logging in as your client from your location - 
and running said script and seeing if it's working or not?

Are you sure the script doesn't have some permission checks on it, and that 
you (as the admin) are getting past but your client isn't (even though it 
appears to be working)?
