You need to run the wsconfig utility, which is described in the "Configuring web servers" section of the "Installing ColdFusion MX" documentation book, available in PDF or HTML form from the MM site. Briefly, though, you should be able to run \CFusionMX\runtime\bin\wsconfig.exe or \CFusionMX\runtime\lib\wsconfig.jar, which will give you a GUI interface for configuring your web server.
