I think I'm doing this correctly.  I want to see duplicate values in a
table where a foreign key is different.  

SELECT A.EM
FROM   mgs A INNER JOIN
       mgs B ON 
                A.EM = B.EM
WHERE (A.m_id = 52) AND 
        (B.m_id = 59)

Does this look correct?
