OK, I've tried following those same steps, and the shortcuts just don't take. So far I've:
1. Created a copy 2. Navigated to the Surround With Comment option 3. Typed CTRL+3 4. Clicked Changed 5. Confirmed the override 6. Clicked OK twice 7. Restarted DWMX Nothing. To compound the issue, all of of options within the Tabs on the insert Panel are grayed out and unusable. Any ideas on what's going on? I'm using DWMX 6.1.
