JRun should continue to use the 1.3.1 JVM. I haven't yet managed to get 
JRun to work with the 1.4.1 JVM on Mac OS X (it says "cannot find JVM" 
if you just change 1.3.1 to 1.4.1 in the jrun.home path).

seeing a problem.
