JRun should continue to use the 1.3.1 JVM. I haven't yet managed to get JRun to work with the 1.4.1 JVM on Mac OS X (it says "cannot find JVM" if you just change 1.3.1 to 1.4.1 in the jrun.home path). See my off list reply and my subsequent on-list reply for why you were seeing a problem.
