Here's a strange one.

On windows 2000, IIS5.0 and CFMX, when the server is rebooted CFMX pages 
return 500 Internal Server Errors. But, if you attempt to access a password 
protected page (ACL+windows auth), and authenticate, the CFMX page executes 
correctly and so does the rest of the site after that.

I guess the login account has more rights to something than the I_User 
account, but what is it that only runs at startup once? Any ideas?
