You could use the Scripting wizard in the Enterprise manager. To do this Select the DB right click, and select Script DB, this gives you the necessary wizard to get everything, SP's, tables, Indexes etc.

Does anyone know of a way to take my existing db and use a wizard to create either a stored procedure or a bunch of sql statements that will recreate all of the tables and relationships of my db?
