Tim: I'd still have 30-ish PDFs, which, when searched, would go to the top of each PDF. Looking for some way to point not only to a document that contains the search term, but to point to the spot within the document that contains the search term.
There is actually a desktop version of this application, which is what the mgmt wants me to duplicate. On the desktop version (which seems to be a little VB app), you do your search, it shows the results in a window, and when you click the results, it takes you to the spot in the document where the search term is located. That's the mandate here.
