Hi All, This SQL INSERT logic below works in ColdFusion 5:
<cftransaction>
<cfquery name="add" datasource="#request.dsn#">
INSERT INTO FILEA (FIELD1, FIELD2, FIELD3)
VALUES('Value 1', 'Value 2', 'Value 3')
</cfquery>
</cftransaction>
We recently installed ColdFusion MX server and now the code gives an error
message
"Error Executing Database Query."
I've removed the <cftransaction> tag and the "insert" logic is working now.
Do you know
why <cftransaction> tag didn't work in the above SQL INSERT logic?
