using css pretty heavily.

I would set it inline with:

<input class="myFormInput" style="border:none;" .../>

Since it's only one attribute you want to change, it's nice and short,
and this way you can inherit from other classes which you may have for
your form inputs. (like specifying font attributes, color, etc.)
