What Oracle drivers are you using? The one that comes with CF MX? Oracle drivers are often a culprit at spiking jrun.exe to 100%. This is more a bug than a load problem. I'm not saying that's the problem you're having, but I'd thoroughly investigate that before running out and throwing cash at new hardware. There have been threads (very long ones) on this problem (jrun at 100%) on the ColdFusion forums at MM's website. Take a look there for solutions.
