Thanks for your interest Michael.  What's happening is the updater is
apparently installing ok, but afterwards it opens a blank browser page that
remains blank.  And the ColdFusion server is broken, remains broken.

They then have to reload the harddrive from the image backup and try again.

Perhaps what we are supposed to do is just hope to hell no one exploits the
security issues addressed by updater 3 and wait and then spend money all
over again on the next version.   (yeah right!  We're going to buy the next
version when we can't get THIS one going!  Hah!)
