Make sure to turn on mail logging in the CF Admin also.

You can control the frequency that it sends mail via a setting in CF
Admin...spool interval setting I think. Seems like the default is set for
every 60 seconds. On my setup it checks every 60 seconds and then sends in
batches of 100.
