2 things:

1)  you don't need rereplacenocase, since you're not specifying any alphas.
rereplace will give you slightly (very slightly) better performance.

2)  This question /so/ needs to go in a regex faq.  I'm not meaning to bash
Paul, mind you, but this gets asked so very often I've written a response
and stored it in a .txt file so I can just copy & paste!
