If you havent heard of it, Ming does exactly this for php. Unfortunately its fallen behind the times, and only output falsh 5 movies. You get to write actionscript in directly in your php code, and the actionscript can Even reference php variables. So the movie you generate can be different on a per page Basis. Really nice idea. Shame the developer doesn't have time for it.
