While Jochem has already provided you one easy way to check your MDAC
version, it's worth noting that Microsoft provides an MDAC component
checker:

In general, you may be better served by using this, as it's possible for you
to have errors in your MDAC install, and this will identify them, as well as
tell you what version of MDAC you have.
