Anyone else having problems with Priceline?
The website got hung up in a loop on my
request last night (it didn't consider the
name of my favorite movie: Blazing Saddles,
to have 4 characters in it), and without a
request number you can't get anywhere on the
web or phone assistance.
Very good example of poor customer service.
(Undoubtedly because it's an ASP website. ;-)
