I want to change the way our current application handles email. Currently they just send us a generic email through on online form. What I would like to do is gather all the information about their computer as possible. Then stick it in the email so we can help fix their problem. I've never tried to grab this information so I have no idea where to look for it or if it is even available to ColdFusion.
