This is simply a matter of configuring your web server. You can enable
and/or force SSL within the IIS management console. Right-click on the
appropriate virtual server or directory or file within the management
console, select "Properties", select "Directory Security" (or "File
Security" in the case of an individual file), and click on the "Edit" button
in the "Secure Communications" section of the dialog.
