Hi all, I thought some one mentioned that one can call a module remotely back a few years ago. Now, I'm revisiting this issue. I've reviewed the CFMODULE doc for CFMX and haven't found any info indicating that it can be done. One logical attempt was to call a local module with IP|localhost like <cfmodule name="127.0.0.1.aModuleDir.ModuleName" attributesA="valueA" attributesB="valueB">
However, the attempt failed. If this feature is available, it would be truly empowering, security can be addressed via CF Admin, to permit call from what what IP(s) and what not etc. I'd appreciate your thought(s) very much.
