The answer would be no.... I believe that it contravenes MM licencing and I suspect that it will also contravene any specific licence agreement with any company from whom you have purchased encrypted pages from.
If you have been supplied encrypted pages by a contractor then you need to check the specifics of that developers contract to determine the ownership of any work that they did for reedexpo.
