The feature seems to be either disabled or broken from what I see of my copy. I've set the P.O server I have (for legacy, outside lists) up to prevent all relaying as there is no way to make sure only I can post through it. Not fun at all. :( If you want a copy to play with (I've got 2 serial numbers and it is abandomware), I can send it to you. It may have been great at one point, but....
