Doug, Well, it looks like in the output that the IIS Admin service isn't running. Have them make sure that is running and try again.
Why didn't they just select IIS as the server when they installed CFMX? I also wonder if it has something to do with updater 3 being installed on the standalone and then trying to move it, especially since it asks for the webserver location.
