Any suggestions on best practices for caching pages to improve performance. I have a site, where the pages are dynamically built from various pieces and components. But most of the pages, once they are built, do not change very frequently. (Updates to content monthly or quarterly). What are some techniques I can use to cache these pages server and/or client to improve performance. A lot of the pages also share a considerable amount of content, navigation and such. Are there any techniques I can use to encourage clients to cache as much of these shared elements and images as possible and reuse them from page to page?
