It could very well be. I know we haven't installed it yet (you know how
it goes with MS updates!).
Can you uninstall sp4?
I would get SP4 off of there personally and get CFMX/updater 3 working,
then see if you can install SP4 (if you dare! Muhhahaahahaa).
