Nah, its not timing out, good idea though.  It is
actually a very short file, and I have a very fast
connection, and so does the server.  It is just 152k
file.  Also, it happens with Netscape and IE...only
with Netscape, there is no error message just a blank
page.  And my CFTRYs aren't catching any errors
either.  It takes about 4 seconds before the FILE NOT
FOUND error message appears in IE.

are you sure its not timing out?

try adding ?requesttimeout=500 to your form action url
