Actually, a while ago we wrote a very powerful graphical RegEx builder in C++ for Windows that performs multiple search/replace iterations as part of DatabaseBlocks 3 (which we're still trying to get out the door). We've been thinking about also creating a standalone utility based on it, but we didn't know if enough people were really all that interested in what you could do with RegEx, so we sat on the idea.
What kinds of things do you guys want to do with RegEx, specifically? Would you want just a standalone utility that performs multiple RegEx operations on disk files, or do you need it to generate CFML RegEx calls, or what? Just probing here.
