yes I agree and I know thats no the problem as CF is not an admin account on
production and it works aok - I have uninstalled java sdk and reinstalling
it...

It could be that the webserver is looking to the local d: drive to get the
exe but when I add the path to the network path I get that 53 error.

This might be a good way to test to see if it's a permissions problem, but I
wouldn't recommend that as the solution. There's no need to run CF with that
privileged an account.
