I don't see anything in the code that would be causing it ... or rather should be... have you tried <cfdump var="#currentQuery#"> prior to the cfoutput just to be sure it's got everything you need and there aren't any typos? ... If the dump doesn't show the correct list of columns, then you may have driver issues or the like. If it's an Access database it may just boil down to Access being somewhat unreliable (or so I've heard, I've never had the experience and most of my work has been with enterprise db's like sql server and oracle)...
