AFAIK Googlebot only crawls dynamic pages that are linked to from static pages - an obvious rule to avoid the kind of crazy tangles that Inktomi's Slurp seems to get into. Google only indexed the first pages of our site's multi-page articles until we shifted to SES URLs.
