Nope.

Fusebox 4 is the latest version of the procedural Fusebox framework. 
It's out there in production I believe (the end of the beta was 
supposed to be July 4th).

Mach II is the new name for Fusebox MX which is an OO MVC framework 
that 'just happened' to bear the Fusebox name early on. Mach II is 
still in intensive development. Keep an eye on http://www.mach-ii.com/ 
which will be where information about Mach II can be found. I'll also 
be blogging more about Mach II as I experiment with it!
