Thanks for the tip Mike. I think writing some actionscript code in the flash file is the way to go. Even though I don't have control over the body of the flash (another company is doing that) I can control the loader and the ending.
A few more questions: 1. Do you have any recommendations for actionscript resources on the web? 2. A good book that's very thorough? 3. A mailiing list that's dedicated to Flash?
